TrueTour, based in Salvador, Bahia, Brasil respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018).

Data we collect

• Bookings: name, email, phone, country, pickup address and notes you provide.
• Quotes and contact: the data you fill in on the forms.
• Payments: handled entirely by Mercado Pago. We do not receive or store card details.
• Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe.

What we use it for

To run your booking (confirmation, voucher, logistics with guides and drivers), to answer quotes and messages, to meet legal and tax obligations and — only if you subscribe — to send our newsletter.

Sharing

Only with what the service requires: Mercado Pago (payment), the guides, drivers and boat operators of your tour, the email provider and, for packages, airlines and hotels. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use only cookies essential for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
